Site Maintenance Engineer – Based in the YO17 area – Full time permanent – £30,000 to £32,000
Are you looking for a Full-time position as a Site Maintenance Engineer for a farmer-owned and controlled agricultural merchants? They supply animal feeds and all other farm requisites throughout Lancashire, Cumbria, North Midlands, Wales & Scotland. To be a Site Maintenance Manager you must have previous Maintenance experience and working under high pressured environments.
£30,000 to £32,000 Per annum
40 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities:
· Participate in engineering focused tasks in support of manufacturing plant and equipment performance KPI’S
· Contribute and oversee projects
· Supporting Technical issues on site and completing the task
· Identifying and sharing best practice and contribute to raising awareness, improving performance, and transitioning to a proactive engineering culture
· Carrying out preventative maintenance, working to schedule
· Completion of reaction maintenance work when machinery breaks down to ensure impact to line efficiencies is minimised.
· Working on site development projects
· Working to Health and Safety standards within an engineering environment.
· Playing a crucial part in the on call rota.
Requirements:
· Able to work as part of a team
· Previous Maintenance experience in a production background
· Leadership Skills
