Sales Advisor – Business Support
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, motivated person with a desire to work within Sales to join Develop Your Staff, a growing telemarketing company near Redbrook, just 5 minutes outside of Barnsley town centre.
We’re interested in speaking to people who have a Sales background preferably in the Training and Education Sector! As a Telesales Advisor at Develop Your Staff, your responsibilities will include:
Sales calls – Promoting work-based training programmes by contacting small to medium businesses in pursuit of them up skilling their existing work force to receive many commercial benefits by of work.
Achieving weekly/monthly sales targets.
Account management and building relationships with key decision makers.
General administration of your leads/sales.
At Develop Your Staff, we are looking for a Telesales Advisor who has the following skills and experiences:
Previous experience in a Sales role (ideally Telesales)
Enthusiastic & Motivated.
Excellent telephone voice.
Money Driven and resilient.
Hard working and self-motivated
As a Telesales Advisor, you will be working Monday-Thursday, 09:00-17:00 and Friday 09:00-16:30, with a chance to have Friday off, subject to targets being achieved. No weekend work!
