Description

An exciting, new opportunity to work for a long-standing, reputable company as an Office Junior has become available. This role is a Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent Contract, working for a Manufacturing and Design Company.

 

We are interested in speaking with people with friendly, bubbly personalities, who can work well in a team and be flexible. Although experience within administration is desired, it is not essential. If you’re looking for a fresh start or to break into a new sector, this could be the perfect position for you!

 

The hours of work for this position are 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am – 4pm on Fridays.

 

Duties and Responsibilities of the Office Junior:

Taking Direct phone calls
Booking appointments/ booking in visitors and arranging business trips
Accounts and Sales filing
Inputting information into data base
issuing statements to customers
Handling distribution post
Order & manage stationary
Maintaining CRM system
Customer Care
 

Requirements of the Office Junior:

An eye for detail
Good phone manner
Organisation skills
Willing to learn and use initiative
Educated to GCSE C or above in Maths and English
