Office Administrator – Barnsley – £10 P/H

 A fantastic new opportunity is now available for an Office Administrator to work at a Recycling company in Barnsley, close to the town centre. This is a family run business with great progression opportunities, in a friendly team of people! We’re interested in speaking with people who have previous Administration experience, and good customer service skills.

 
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday – No weekends!
Hours of work: 8am – 4pm

 
Office Administrator duties:
Daily use of Microsoft packages including Excel and Word.
Generating and sending emails/ email responses through Outlook.
Assisting with Purchase Ledger, recording and keeping updated information.
Answering Client call’s and making external calls when needed.
Directing people around the building and site.
Being the first point of contact for people visiting the office.
Providing a ‘Grade A’ customer service
Always Representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
Organising and filing paperwork as necessary.
