Fantastic opportunity to join an Ofsted rated good National Training Provider as their Management Assessor based in the Midlands. This is a brand-new role delivering up to Level 3 in Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Admin.  We’re interested in speaking with someone who can manage their time effectively and ensure all learners in their area are supported. In this role you will receive a Salary up to £28,000 plus attractive bonuses.

We are looking for a Business Skills Coach / Assessor who can deliver the full apprenticeship standards through blended learning methods. The aim is to inspire, educate and assist learners to succeed in their chosen career. The Assessor will support apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required elements within the apprenticeship.

Role responsibilities of the Management Assessor:

Successfully delivering Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Admin qualifications up to Level 3
Providing the required level of support for each Apprentice to enable timely successful completions  
Ensuring learners remain on programme by regularly checking in and carrying out progress reviews, either remotely or in the workplace on a 1:1 basis
Supporting learners with the EPA and 20% off the job training
Maintaining regular contact with employers during the whole of the learning journey, keeping momentum and energy throughout the qualification
Working to overcome any barriers to learning and adapting delivery to meet learner’s needs
Ensuring learner files are fully compliant and up to date
Be responsible for completing and maintaining appropriate internal and external quality standards

Skills and experience:

Qualified Tutor / Assessor (any of the following (CAVA, A1, PTLLS, EAT)
Relevant Level 3 qualifications in the vocational area
Relevant industry experience
Previous delivery and supporting learners in the run up to the End Point Assessment (EPA)
Up to date knowledge of all relevant changes within the Training & Education sector – funding / qualifications / eligibility
Strong communicator, able to effectively manage a caseload of apprentices and demonstrate good time management skills
