A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Assistant to join a leading firm in Barnsley. If you’re looking for a full time, permanent position as a Commercial Property Assistant, we want to hear from you. The successful applicant will have previous experience working in a Commercial Property legal team.

Commercial Property Assistant duties:
•                     Able to take instruction and open new files to include the making of client care letters
•                     Conducting commercial property searches
•                     Drafting applications to the Land Registry and replying to requisitions
•                     Drafting SDLT forms
•                     Assisting with the drafting of leases and leasehold reports
•                     Conducting routine completions and associated post completion work
•                     Liaising with mortgage provider/brokers
•                     Calculating and drafting completion statements and completing TT slips
•                     Preparing invoices and providing support on the management of WIP and debt

 
Required experience:
•                     Experience working within a Commercial property legal team
•                     Excellent client management and administration skills

 

Salary up to £22,000 PA
30 days annual leave (including stats)
Monday to Friday 9am – 5:15pm
